Our house rules

We have put a lot of effort into making this bungalow a nice place to stay. We therefore ask that it is treated with the same respect as your own home. Please do not move furniture, eat in the bedroom and clean the kitchen after use. Turn off the lights, air conditioning and all electronic devices when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Due to rising energy prices and especially to avoid waste and to preserve the wonderful nature that surrounds us, your electricity consumption is metered. 5 kilowatts per day are already included in the price. Beyond that, we charge 0.50 EUR per kilowatt.

Smoking including vaping and e-cigarettes is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside.
Open fires are unfortunately not allowed in connection with the fire hazard.
Parties, events and/or stag parties are not allowed.
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Finca Las Rocas and its owners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss incurred during your stay or in connection with the use of the facilities of the house. Your stay is at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to be unaccompanied outside the holiday home. The responsibility for this lies solely with the parents or guardians. We cannot be held responsible for accidents.
