Our house rules

We have gone to great lengths to make this bungalow a nice play to stay. We therefore ask you to treat it with the same respect as your own home. Do not move furniture, do not eat in bed and clean the kitchen after use. Turn off the lights, air conditioning and all electronic devices when you leave the property. Remember to close the windows and lock the door and gates. Use the pool cover when the pool is not in use and at night to avoid unnecessary evaporation.

Due to rising energy prices, and especially to avoid waste and preserve the wonderful natural environment that surrounds us, your electricity consumption is metered. 5 kilowatts/day is already included in your price. Above that, we charge €0.50/kilowatt.

Children <2 years are free of charge. We can provide a travel cot (including bed linen, mattress with summer/winter side and changing mat) and high chair on request for €5/day.

Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside.

Open fire is unfortunately not allowed due to fire hazard.

Parties, events and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.

Finca Las Rocas and its owners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss incurred during your stay or in connection with the use of the property's facilities. Your stay is at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to be unaccompanied outside the holiday home. The responsibility for this lies solely with the parents or guardians. We cannot be held responsible for accidents.
